Friday, 26 March:

• 6:30-9:00 pm: Informal get-together at a local eatery near the conference hotel. Details and directions at the hotel.

Saturday, 27 March:

• Registration, continental breakfast, and silent auction at the Genesee Country Village & Museum's Education Center, Mumford, New York
• Research papers with time for questions and discussion
• Roundtable discussion: Women's Base Ball
• A tour of selected historic houses and Silver Ball Ball Park
• Forum on Funding Vintage Base Ball Programs
• Buffet dinner with guest speaker Curt Smith (baseball author, presidential speechwriter, local media commentator) in Rochester's historic High Falls District
  Dinner menu: Mixed Green Salad, Fresh Bread/butter; Seasonal Vegetable Medley; Garlic Mashed Potatoes; Chicken Portabella Gorgonzola; Filet Mignon with Brandied Shallot Au Jus; Cranberry Salmon; Pasta Purses; dessert and coffee. There will be a cash bar so folks can get the libation they desire.

Sunday, 28 March:

• VBBA officers breakfast
• Roundtable discussions: Umpiring and Pitching
• VBBA Business Meeting

Don't forget to bring an item for the silent auction.
